Nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in the recovery periodafter orthopedic surgery
中医康复护理在骨科术后恢复期的护理效果

摘要

目的 探究骨科术后恢复期应用中医康复护理的临床效果。方法 于2020年4月~2021年4月我院骨科收治的患者中抽取100例进行本次研究，随机数字表法分组，对照组50例应用常规护理、研究组50例应用中医康复护理，对比两组患者评分指标、时间指标及并发症发生率。结果 两组患者JOA评分、VAS评分护理前数据对比无统计学差异性（P＞0.05），护理后JOA评分研究组＞对照组，VAS评分研究组＜对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；研究组下床时间、平均住院时间均＜对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 骨科患者采取中医康复护理，可改善患者症状，减轻患者疼痛度，缩短患者下床及平均住院时间，并发症少，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in the recovery period after orthopedic surgery.
Methods From April 2020 to April 2021, 100 patients were selected from the orthopaedic department of our hospital for this study. They were randomly divided into groups by numerical table method. The control group (50 cases) used conventional nursing and the research group (50 cases) used traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing. The scoring indicators, time indicators and complication rate of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the data of JOA score and VAS score before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, JOA score in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05); The time of getting out of bed and the average hospitalization time in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for orthopedic patients can improve their symptoms, relieve their pain, shorten their getting out of bed and average hospitalization time, with fewer complications, which is worth popularizing.
