目的 分析甲乳外科护理教学中采取循证护理教学法的临床应用价值。方法 选择我院2021年1月-2022年9月进入甲乳外科实习的护生作为研究对象,根据入院先后分组,先入院的30名护生进入对照组、后入院的30名护生进入观察组,对照组及观察组分别通过常规护理带教及循证护理带教完成实习教育,评价两组护生的考核成绩(理论、实践)、综合能力(危重处理、护理评估、文书书写、技能操作),护生在实习结束后给出实习代表满意度评价。结果 观察组理论及实践分值比对照组高,p<0.05。观察组综合能力评分比对照组高,p<0.05。观察组护生护理满意度比对照组高,p<0.05。结论 甲乳外科护理教学中采取循证护理教学可提升护生对实习带教的满意度,持续性提升护生的综合能力,最终提升护生的考核成绩。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of evidence-based nursing teaching method in nursing teaching of thyroidectomy. Methods The nursing students who entered the practice of thyroidectomy in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the admission sequence, 30 nursing students who were admitted first entered the control group and 30 nursing students who were admitted later entered the observation group. The control group and the observation group completed the practice education through routine nursing teaching and evidence-based nursing teaching, respectively. The examination results (theory and practice) and comprehensive abilities (critical care and nursing evaluation) of the two groups of nursing students were evaluated. Results The theoretical and practical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (p<0.05). The comprehensive ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing teaching can improve the satisfaction of nursing students in practice teaching, continuously improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students, and finally improve the examination results of nursing students.
