Effect of quality nursing in hemodialysis care
优质护理在血液透析护理中的效果

摘要

目的 分析优质护理方法在血液透析护理中的临床应用效果。方法 选取中山大学附属第一医院2021年8月～2022年8月收治的258例血液透析患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组（129例）与对照组（129例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理。比较两组并发症发生率、生活质量。结果 护理前，2组躯体功能评分、物质生活评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分比对，无差异（P＞0.05）；护理后，生活质量评分比较，观察组均较对照组更高，差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组患者并发症发生率较之对照组低，显差异，（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理应用于血液透析患者，减少术后并发症的发生，患者生活质量更高，故值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing method in hemodialysis nursing.
Methods A total of 258 hemodialysis patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as research objects. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into observation group (129 cases) and control group (129 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing. The complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
Results Before nursing, there was no difference in physical function score, material life score, psychological function score and social function score between the two groups (P > 0.05); After nursing, the quality of life score of observation group was higher than control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high quality nursing in hemodialysis patients can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.
