Influence of continuous nursing on postoperative complications and patient satisfaction in patients with early primary liver cancer
延续性护理对早期原发性肝癌患者介入术后并发症及患者满意度的影响

摘要

目的 分析延续性护理对早期原发性肝癌患者介入术后并发症及患者满意度的影响。方法 选择我院于2020年1月－2021年12月，1年内收治的早期原发性肝癌患者80例，患者均实施介入治疗，将所有患者随机分组法分为对照组（40例，使用常规方法护理）和观察组（40例，实施延续性护理干预）。结果 观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，同时观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对早期原发性肝癌患者实施介入治疗时，通过延续性护理可取得明显更佳的效果，可显著降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on postoperative complications and patient satisfaction in patients with early primary liver cancer.
Methods: From January 2020 to December 2021, 80 patients with early-stage primary liver cancer who were admitted to our hospital within 1 year were selected, and all patients received interventional therapy. All patients were randomly divided into control group (40 cases, using conventional method nursing) and observation group (40 cases, implementation of continuous nursing intervention).
Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : When performing interventional therapy for patients with early primary liver cancer, continuous nursing can achieve significantly better results, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high application value.
