目的 探究为感冒后咳嗽患者采用宣肺汤合六君子汤进行治疗所产生的效果。方法 从本院2021年10月到2022年10月收治的感冒后咳嗽患者中选取146例，将其随机分为对照组（73例，使用常规西药治疗）和研究组（73例，使用宣肺汤合六君子汤治疗），观察两种治疗方式给患者的身体健康带来的变化。结果 治疗14d后，研究组炎性介质水平较对照组明显更低，同时，其不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组，咳嗽相关症状改善明显。结论 为感冒后咳嗽患者采用宣肺汤合六君子汤进行治疗使其咳嗽情况有所好转，并减少了炎症反应，值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Xuanfei Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction on cough patients after cold. Methods 146 patients with post cold cough admitted in our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into the control group (73 cases, treated with conventional western medicine) and the study group (73 cases, treated with Xuanfei Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction). The changes of the patients' health caused by the two treatment methods were observed. Results After 14 days of treatment, the level of inflammatory mediators in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. At the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group. Cough related symptoms improved significantly, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Xuanfei Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction can improve the cough of patients with cough after a cold, and reduce the inflammatory reaction, which is worth popularizing.
