循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 通过观察研究，切实了解循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生患儿临床治疗过程中的具体应用效果。方法 首先在医院中选择78例符合该类病状的新生患儿，而后再通过合理的组别划分来对两组新生患儿进行不同程序的医疗护理，其护理方法分别为循证护理及常规护理。最后护理人员再通过对两组患儿护理结果的合理对比，来对循证护理的实际应用效果进行分析。结果 根据两个组别实际护理结果所反映出来的具体医疗状况，可以明显得出使用循证护理方法的组别患儿治疗效果要更加优越。患儿并发症发生概率也要相对较低。结论 通过对此次研究调查结果的合理分析可以具体得出，循证护理方法在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的临床护理效果要更加可观，新生儿并发症发生率也在该项护理形式下得到了明显的降低。因此，循证护理方法具备明显的应用价值，其值得被医疗工作者进行普遍推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective: To understand the specific application effect of evidence-based nursing in the clinical treatment of newborn children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy through observation and research.
Methods: Firstly, 78 neonates with this disease were selected in the hospital, and then two groups of neonates were given different procedures of medical care by reasonable group division. The nursing methods were evidence-based nursing and routine nursing. Finally, through the reasonable comparison of the nursing results of the two groups of children, the nursing staff can reasonably clarify and analyze the practical application effect of evidence-based nursing.
Results: According to the specific medical conditions reflected by the actual nursing results of the two groups, it can be obviously concluded that the treatment effect of the group of children using evidence-based nursing method is more superior. The incidence of complications in children is also relatively low.
Conclusion  : Through the reasonable analysis of the results of this study, it can be specifically concluded that the clinical nursing effect of evidence-based nursing method in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is more considerable, and the incidence of neonatal complications has been significantly reduced in this form of nursing. Therefore, the evidence-based nursing method has obvious application value, which is worthy of being widely promoted and applied by medical workers.
