Efficacy of amoxicillin and omeprazole in treating gastric ulcers
阿莫西林与奥美拉唑联合治疗胃溃疡的疗效研究

摘要

目的 分析阿莫西林和奥美拉唑联合用于胃溃疡的价值。方法 对2020年10月-2022年6月本科接诊胃溃疡病人（n=86）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各43人，前者用阿莫西林和奥美拉唑，后者用奥美拉唑。对比不良反应等指标。结果 关于不良反应，试验组数据2.33%，和对照组数据20.93%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于总有效率这个指标：试验组数据97.67%，和对照组数据81.4%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于Hp根除率，试验组数据93.02%，和对照组数据72.09%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于sf-36评分，治疗结束时：试验组数据（87.31±2.58）分，和对照组数据（80.53±3.91）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于复发率，试验组数据0.0%，和对照组数据11.63%相比更低（P＜0.05）。结论 胃溃疡联用阿莫西林和奥美拉唑，不良反应发生率更低，Hp根除率更高，复发率也更低，生活质量改善更加明显，疗效提升更为迅速。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the value of amoxicillin and omeprazole combined for gastric ulcer.
Methods: Patients with gastric ulcer (n=86) from October 2020 to June 2022 were randomized, with 43 patients in the control group with amoxicillin and omeprazole and the latter with omeprazole. Contrast the adverse reactions and other indicators.
Results: Regarding the adverse reactions, the test group data was 2.33%, which was even lower than the 20.93% data in the control group (P <0.05). On total response efficiency: 97.67% in the test group, higher than 81.4% in the control group (P <0.05). Regarding the Hp eradication rate, the test group data was 93.02%, and it was higher than the 72.09% data in the control group (P <0.05). For the sf-36 score, at the end of treatment: the trial group data (87.31 ± 2.58) score was higher than the control group data (80.53 ± 3.91) score (P <0.05). Regarding the recurrence rate, the trial group data was 0.0%, which was lower than the control group data of 11.63% (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : Amoxicillin and omeprazole have a lower incidence of adverse reactions, higher Hp eradication rate, lower recurrence rate, more significantly improved quality of life, and more rapid improvement of efficacy.
