Observation of the application value of refined management in cardiology nursing management
心内科护理管理中的精细化管理应用价值观察

摘要

目的 分析精细化管理在心内科护理管理中的应用效果与推广价值。方法 将2020年7月至2021年10月在我院心内科参与治疗的94例患者随机分为A组与B组各47例，对A组患者实施常规护理，对B组患者实施精细化护理管理，探究A、B两组患者在接受护理管理之后的身体恢复情况、生活质量评分、护理质量评分以及护理满意度水平。结果 经过对比研究发现，实施精细化护理管理的B组患者恢复率更高，生活质量、护理质量与护理满意度均高于A组，且这一差异经验证后在统计学上有效，P<0.05。结论 心内科精细化护理模式的护理效果明显好于常规护理模式，应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effectiveness and promotion value of fine management in cardiology nursing management.
Methods 94 patients enrolled in the cardiology department of our hospital from July 2020 to October 2021 were randomized into 47 cases each in Group A and Group B. Conventional care was implemented for group A patients as a control, and refined nursing management was implemented for group B patients to investigate the physical recovery, quality of life scores, quality of care scores, and nursing satisfaction levels of patients in groups A and B after receiving nursing management.
Results After a comparative study, it was found that the recovery rate of patients in group B with the implementation of refined nursing management was higher than that of group A. The quality of life, quality of care and nursing satisfaction were also higher than that of group A. This difference was verified to be statistically significant at P<0.05.
Conclusion   The nursing effect of the refined nursing model of cardiology is significantly better than the conventional nursing model, and the application value is higher.
