Analysis of common complications in medical treatment of tumors and discussion of treatment strategies
肿瘤内科治疗常见并发症的分析及治疗对策探讨

摘要

目的 分析肿瘤内科治疗中常见并发症，探索该病症的治疗对策。方法 将本院2021年1月--2022年1月收治的100例肿瘤患者为研究对象，利用计算机随机分组的方式对其进行分组，一组为实验组，另一组为对照组，每组中有50例患者。对照组患者采用常规治疗的方式进行治疗，实验组患者则使用科学合理的个性化治疗手段，在治疗后对肿瘤内科治疗中常见并发症进行分析，并对比两组患者对治疗的满意程度。结果 对两组患者治疗中常见的感染、脱发、药物外渗、肠道异常反应和不良情绪等症状进行进行分析，实验组患者的发病率要低于对照组患者，满意程度也高于对照组。结论 利用科学的治疗手段对肿瘤内科患者进行全面干预，能够有效降低并发症的发病率，提高患者对治疗的满意程度，具有良好的临床治疗效果，值得临床利用和推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the common complications in medical treatment of tumors and explore the treatment strategies for the disease.
Methods: 100 tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group by computer. There were 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with scientific and reasonable personalized treatment methods. After treatment, the common complications in the medical treatment of tumors were analyzed, and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with treatment was compared.
Results: The common symptoms of infection, alopecia, drug extravasation, intestinal abnormal reaction and bad mood in the two groups were analyzed. The incidence rate of the patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and their satisfaction was also higher than that in the control group.
Conclusion  : The comprehensive intervention of medical oncology patients with scientific treatment methods can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications, improve patients' satisfaction with treatment, and has good clinical treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
