以学生为主体的教学模式在临床医学带教中的应用评价

摘要

目的 评价以学生为主体的教学模式在临床医学带教中的应用效果。方法 选取本学院2017级、2018级临床医学专业的同学共4个班学生共242名作为研究对象,研究时间为2021年3月-5月及2022年3月-5月。根据不同教学模式将其分成对照组(123名)与实验组(119名),对照组实施常规教学模式,实验组实施以学生为主体的教学模式,对比两组医学生的心肺腹查体分数、学习效果、个人综合能力以及教学满意度,综合评价两种教学模式的教学质量。结果 实验组医学生的心肺腹查体分数高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组医学生学习效果的各项评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组医学生的教学满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组教学质量的各项评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 以学生为主体的教学模式在临床医学带教中的应用效果显著,可提高医学生的心肺腹查体分数、学习效果、个人综合能力以及教学满意度,且能提高教学质量,值得推广、应用。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the student-centered teaching model in clinical medical teaching.
Methods A total of 242 students from 4 classes of 2017 and 2018 clinical medicine majors of our college were selected as the research objects, and the research time was March May 2021 and March May 2022. According to different teaching modes, they were divided into the control group (123 students) and the experimental group (119 students). The control group implemented the conventional teaching mode, and the experimental group implemented the student-centered teaching mode. The two groups of medical students' cardiopulmonary abdominal examination scores, learning effects, personal comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction were compared, and the teaching quality of the two teaching modes was comprehensively evaluated.
Results The cardiopulmonary abdominal examination scores of medical students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of medical students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The teaching satisfaction of medical students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of teaching quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The student-centered teaching model has a significant effect in clinical medical teaching, which can improve the score of cardiopulmonary abdominal examination, learning effect, personal comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of medical students, and can improve the quality of teaching. It is worth popularizing and applying.
