Clinical analysis of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with microwave ablationfor liver cancer
经动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗肝癌临床效果分析

摘要

目的 探析经动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗肝癌临床效果。方法 选择2018年04月-2022年04月间本院收治的80例肝癌患者作为此次研究对象，以双盲法将患者分成参照组（n=40，经动脉化疗栓塞治疗）、联合组（n=40，经动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗）2组；比较两组的治疗效果、AST（谷草转氨酶）、ALT（谷丙转氨酶）、AFP（甲胎蛋白）。结果 联合组治疗有效率相比较参照组的治疗有效率更高，对比差异显著（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前的AST、ALT、AFP指标水平比较差异不大（P>0.05），治疗后，两组的指标水平相比治疗前明显降低，但联合组的AST、ALT、AFP指标水平明显要比参照组的指标水平更低，组间差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 对肝癌患者采取经动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗，有利于提高治疗效果，改善患者的肝功能。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with microwave ablation in the treatment of liver cancer.
Methods 80 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into two groups by double blind method: the reference group (n=40, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization) and the combined group (n=40, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation); The therapeutic effects, AST, ALT and AFP were compared between the two groups.
Results The effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group, with significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of AST, ALT and AFP before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of AST, ALT and AFP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, but the levels of AST, ALT and AFP in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation can improve the therapeutic effect and liver function of patients with liver cancer.
