认知功能训练联合音乐疗法治疗老年认知功能障碍的应用

摘要

目的 探究老年认知功能障碍患者联用认知功能训练、音乐疗法的治疗价值。方法 随机将2021年8月至2022年8月我院94例老年认知功能障碍患者分为实验组(47例,应用认知功能训练+音乐疗法)、对照组(47例,应用认知功能训练)。对比两组治疗前后MMSE评分、MoCA评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分。结果 治疗前,组间各项评分间差异不形成,即P>0.05;经治疗,实验组MMSE评分(27.84±2.11)分、MoCA评分(27.68±1.75)分,与对照组相比,P<0.05;治疗后,实验组HAMA评分(5.84±1.25)分、HAMD评分(15.19±2.14)分,较之于对照组,P<0.05。结论 联用认知功能训练、音乐疗法用于老年认知功能障碍患者临床治疗中的效果确切,可明显改善患者的认知功能,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the therapeutic value of cognitive function training combined with music therapy in elderly patients with cognitive impairment.
Methods From August 2021 to August 2022, 94 elderly patients with cognitive impairment in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (47 cases, using cognitive function training+music therapy) and control group (47 cases, using cognitive function training). MMSE score, MoCA score, HAMA score and HAMD score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results Before treatment, there was no difference in the scores between the groups, that is, P>0.05; After treatment, the MMSE score (27.84 ± 2.11) and MoCA score (27.68 ± 1.75) of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, HAMA score (5.84 ± 1.25) and HAMD score (15.19 ± 2.14) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combined use of cognitive function training and music therapy in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with cognitive dysfunction has a definite effect, can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients, and is worth promoting.
