Preliminary study on the changes of blood perfusion and hormone levels in thyroid diseases evaluated by contrast-enhanced ultrasound
超声造影评价甲状腺疾病的血流灌注与激素水平变化的初步研究

摘要

目的 应用超声造影成像技术观察甲亢、甲减及正常甲功的造影剂灌注规律。方法 选取甲亢、甲减和正常甲功例数45例，常规彩超测量左侧甲状腺上动脉峰值流速，采用超声造影检查，记录动态图像，测定左侧甲状腺动脉、静脉抵达时间、峰值强度等。甲亢、甲减和正常甲功甲状腺上动脉血管内径，流速等。结果 常规彩超测量甲亢组、甲减组甲状腺上动脉PSV明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.05），超声造影甲亢组、甲减组甲状腺上动静脉渡越时间明显小于正常对照组峰值强度（P＜0.05），三者之间差异有显著性意义。甲状腺上动脉内径、动脉达峰强度三组比较差异不显著。结论 本研究初步结果提示超声造影显示甲亢、 甲减及正常甲功甲状腺灌注具有一定规律，超声造影参数对甲状腺激素水平变化能提供重要信息。

Abstract

Objective To observe the regularity of contrast agent perfusion in hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function with contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging.
Methods Forty five patients with hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function were selected. The peak flow velocity of the left superior thyroid artery was measured by conventional color ultrasound. The dynamic images were recorded by contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The arrival time and peak intensity of the left thyroid artery and vein were measured. The inner diameter and flow rate of the superior thyroid artery in hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function.
Results The PSV of the superior thyroid artery in the hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group measured by conventional color ultrasound was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P. There was no significant difference in the diameter and peak intensity of the superior thyroid artery among the three groups.
Conclusion   The preliminary results of this study suggest that contrast-enhanced ultrasound shows hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid perfusion have certain rules, and the parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound can provide important information on the changes of thyroid hormone levels.
