影像组学在胃癌分期中的临床研究进展

摘要

胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,其术前分期的准确性对于治疗方案的选择及治疗效果的评估极其重要。传统的影像学检查手段对于胃癌的诊断较为有限,尤其对于胃癌的精准分期更是难上加难。然而,影像组学的出现为打破这一僵局带来了曙光,其通过深度挖掘医学影像图像中的信息,能够更为精准地预测胃癌的TNM分期,相信不久的将来影像组学在胃癌的诊疗中有着更为广阔的应用。

Abstract

Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor, and the accuracy of preoperative staging is very important for the choice of management and the evaluation of treatment effect. The traditional imaging methods are limited for the diagnosis of gastric cancer, especially for the accurate staging of gastric cancer.However, the emergence of radiomics has brought the dawn to break this deadlock. By deeply mining the information in medical images, it can predict the TNM stage of gastric cancer more accurately. It is believed that radiomics will have a wider application in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in the near future.
