蛋白激酶C信号通路与沙库巴曲缬沙坦抗心律失常的关系

摘要

心力衰竭是所有心血管疾病的晚期阶段,而心衰患者发生猝死的主要死因是恶性心律失常。沙库巴曲缬沙坦在较多的临床试验中证实能降低心衰患者室性心律失常的发生,减少住院率。蛋白激酶C作为一种信号通路,其激活后可能减少心肌细胞GJ偶联,增大心肌复极离散度,从而导致心律失常的发生。本文就蛋白激酶C与沙库巴曲缬沙坦抗心律失常的关系做一综述。

Abstract

Heart failure is the end-stage manifestation of all cardiovascular diseases.The main cause of sudden death in patients with heart failure is malignant Arrhythmia.Shakubitril/valsartan has been shown in numerous clinical trials to reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias and hospital admissions in patients with heart failure.Protein kinase C as a signaling pathway, may reduce GJ coupling in cardiomyocytes and increase dispersion of repolarization, leading to Arrhythmias.This article reviews the relationship between Protein Kinase C and antiarrhythmic effect of Shakubatril/valsartan.
