运用 PDCA 降低病房迁床率

摘要

目的 探讨于肿瘤治疗中心实施 PDCA 循环管理对病房迁床率的影响及管理办法实施后的效果 和价值。方法 回顾性分析，2021 年本院肿瘤治疗中心床位管理工作实施常规病床管理，2022 年 1 月-10 月 肿瘤治疗中心为降低迁床率引进 PDCA 循环管理方式进行迁床干预。分析肿瘤治疗中心迁床率高的原因， 并探析肿瘤治疗中心实施 PDCA 循环管理的具体对策和方式，对比两个时期肿瘤治疗中心各科室迁床数变 化情况。结果 经分析可知，2021 年我院肿瘤治疗中心管辖下各科室迁床总次数为 1300 次，其中不合理迁 床占比 87.70%；2022 年实施 PDCA 循环管理后科室总迁床次数将至 800 次，不合理迁床占比 37.50%，较 上一年度下降 8.18 个百分点，数据对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肿瘤治疗中心病床管理中实施 PDCA 循环，加强迁床管理，合理安排床位，能够有效降低迁床率，减轻了科室护理工作量和诊疗不良事 件发生率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of PDCA circular management on the ward relocation rate in tumor treatment centers and the effect and value of the management after implementation.
Methods Retrospective analysis showed that in 2021, the routine hospital bed management was implemented in the tumor treatment center of our hospital. From January to October 2022, the tumor treatment center introduced PDCA circulation management to reduce the rate of bed relocation. To analyze the reasons for the high rate of bed removal in tumor treatment centers, and explore the specific countermeasures and ways to implement PDCA cycle management in tumor treatment centers, and compare the changes in the number of beds removed by various departments in tumor treatment centers in the two periods.
Results According to the analysis, in 2021, the total number of bed relocations of all departments under the jurisdiction of the Cancer Treatment Center of our hospital will be 1300, of which 87.70% will be unreasonable; In 2022, after implementing PDCA cycle management, the total number of bed relocations of departments will reach 800, with unreasonable bed relocations accounting for 37.50%, a decrease of 8.18 percentage points compared with the previous year. The data comparison is statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of PDCA cycle, strengthening the management of bed relocation, and rational arrangement of beds in the management of cancer treatment center beds can effectively reduce the rate of bed relocation, and reduce the nursing workload of departments and the incidence of adverse events in diagnosis and treatment.
