目的 观察对甲状腺结节患者实施甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗效果。方法 取2021年1月~2022年7月本院接收的108例甲状腺结节患者，按照入院顺序分为对照组54例、实验组54例。结果 实验组术中出血量与术后引流量均比对照组低，手术时间、住院时间均比对照组短（P＜0.05）。结论 在甲状腺结节治疗工作中甲状腺腺叶切除术具有较高的运用价值，具体体现在创伤性小、患者术后恢复快、促进甲状腺激素水平的改善、疗效理想、并发症少等方面，值得推广。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of thyroid gland lobectomy in patients with thyroid nodules. Methods: 108 patients with thyroid nodules received from January 2021 to July 2022 were divided into 54 control group and 54 experimental group according to the order of admission. Results: The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage rate were lower than the control group, and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion : In the treatment of thyroid nodules, which is embodied in less trauma, quick postoperative recovery of patients, the improvement of thyroid hormone level, ideal curative effect, less complications and so on, it is worth popularizing.
