医院在以往传统的管理和发展中,一般会把科室的工作量指标和经济效益指标作为医院内部的绩效管理考核标准,这样的管理方式往往会导致医院忽略了对临床科室医疗服务质量和医疗技术水平的重视。随着我国医疗改革事业的发展,医保DRG支付逐渐在各个医院开始运营,为了应对医保改革的发展,医院致力于构建基于医保DRG支付的医院智慧运营系统,有效提高了医保管理水平。本文将以某省医院为例,简单分析医保DRG支付的医院智慧运营系统建设方案,希望能为医疗服务管理工作提供借鉴。
In the traditional management and development of hospitals in the past, the workload indicators and economic efficiency indicators of departments are generally taken as the internal performance management assessment criteria of hospitals, which often leads to hospitals ignoring the importance of the medical service quality and medical technology level of clinical departments. With the development of medical reform in China, medical insurance DRG payment has gradually started to operate in various hospitals. In order to cope with the development of medical insurance reform, hospitals are committed to building a hospital intelligent operation system based on medical insurance DRG payment, effectively improving the level of medical insurance management. This paper will take a provincial hospital as an example to simply analyze the construction scheme of hospital intelligent operation system for medical insurance DRG payment, hoping to provide reference for medical service management.
