The role of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of peptic ulcer
循证护理在消化性溃疡护理中的作用

摘要

目的 探究消化性溃疡患者在接受护理时选择循证护理的效果，分析其临床可用价值。方法 将 2019 年 1 月至 2020 年 12 月作为研究时段，将 52 例消化性溃疡患者的基本资料录入 Excel 表格中，分成两 组后 ，对照组患者选择常规护理方案，实验组患者则将循证护理应用其中，对两组患者的创面愈合状况， 分析组间差异。结果 在本次研究结果中显示相当于对照组来说，实验组患者的创面愈合时间更短，并且实 验组内患者的出院时间明显短于对照组，组间各数据对比分析差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 通过对消化性溃 疡患者进行有效的循证护理，能够有助于提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with peptic ulcer, and analyze its clinical value.
Methods The study period was from January 2019 to December 2020. The basic data of 52 patients with peptic ulcer were entered into Excel. After they were divided into two groups, the patients in the control group chose the routine nursing plan, while the patients in the experimental group applied evidence-based nursing. The differences between the two groups were analyzed on the wound healing status.
Results The results of this study showed that the wound healing time of the patients in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the discharge time of the patients in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. There was significant difference in the comparative analysis of the data between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Effective evidence-based nursing for patients with peptic ulcer can help to improve the quality of life of patients.
