个性化护理在妇产科护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨人性化护理在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法 选自我院 2018 年 10 月至 2022 年 5 月妇产科收治的 80 例女性患者，按照不同护理方式分为观察组与对照组，每组各 40 例；观察组患者采用 人性化护理进行治疗，对照组患者使用常规性护理方法。对比两组患者护理期间治疗依从性，护理后的病 情恢复有效率，生活质量，对护理方法的满意度。结果 护理期间，观察组患者的治疗依从性高于对照组患 者，差异不明显，无统计学意义（p＞0.05）；观察组的恢复有效率也高于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（p ＜0.05）；护理后，观察组的生活质量评分均高于对照组评分，差异明显，结果有统计学意义（p＜0.05）； 以及观察组患者对人性化护理的满意度均高于对照组，差异较大，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 对妇 产科患者实行人性化护理，能有效的促进患者的配合度，提高治疗效果，提高身心健康与生活质量，使患 者对护理效果更加满意，护理效果显著，具有较好的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing in obstetrics and gynecology.
Methods 80 female patients from our hospital from October 2018 to May 2022 were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 40 patients in each group; The patients in the observation group were treated with humanistic nursing, while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods. The two groups were compared in terms of treatment compliance during nursing, recovery efficiency, quality of life, and satisfaction with nursing methods.
Results during the nursing period, the treatment compliance of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group, with no significant difference (p>0.05); The recovery effective rate of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); After nursing, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p<0.05); And the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized nursing for patients in gynecology and obstetrics can effectively promote patient cooperation, improve treatment effect, improve physical and mental health and quality of life, and make patients more satisfied with the nursing effect. The nursing effect is significant and has good application value.
