信息时代背景下我国信息技术发展水平相较以往有了明显提升，其中最为典型的就是大数据技术方面的更新与广泛应用。在医学医疗信息改革与信息化数据库建设条件下，为医疗大数据的进一步发展奠定了坚实基础，规模化与多元化的发展特点使得医院信息系统与绩效考核获得了进一步完善的条件。文章就基于医疗大数据的医院绩效管理体系构建要点进行了深入分析，阐述了其基本的应用效果，希望能够为同行业的工作者提供一些帮助。
Under the background of information age, the development level of Chinese information technology has improved obviously, the most typical one is the update and extensive application of big data technology. Under the conditions of medical information reform and information database construction, it has laid a solid foundation for the further development of medical big data. The characteristics of large-scale and diversified development make the hospital information system and performance appraisal obtain further improved conditions. This paper deeply analyzes the key points of hospital performance management system construction based on medical big data, and expounds its basic application effects, hoping to provide some help for workers in the same industry.
