Effect of targeted nursing in patients with hypertension
针对性护理在高血压患者中的效果

摘要

目的 分析针对性护理用于高血压患者中的效果。方法 选取 82 例患者（2020.5~2022.3），采 用抽签法分成试验 B 组（针对性护理）、常规 A 组（常规护理），每组患者各 41 例，对两组患者血压水平、 依从性观察。结果 相较于常规 A 组患者来说，试验 B 组依从性更高，差异显著，（P＜0.05）。护理前， 对常规 A 组以及试验 B 组血压水平比较，无显著差异，（P＞0.05）；在护理后，相较于常规 A 组患者来 说，试验 B 组血压水平低，差异显著，（P＜0.05）。结论 将针对性护理用于高血压患者当中，能够使患 者的依从性提升，血压水平降低。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in patients with hypertension.
Methods 82 patients (2020.5~2022.3) were selected and divided into experimental group B (targeted nursing) and conventional group A (conventional nursing) by drawing lots. There were 41 patients in each group. The blood pressure level and compliance of the two groups were observed.
Results Compared with group A patients, group B patients had higher compliance, with significant difference (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in blood pressure level between group A and group B (P>0.05); After nursing, compared with the patients in the conventional group A, the blood pressure level in the test group B was lower, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying targeted nursing to patients with hypertension can improve their compliance and reduce their blood pressure level.
