赣鄱中医文化医学人才培育路径与方法研究

摘要

医学作为保护人类健康、预防和治疗疾病的科学体系，对于全人类的健康发展及国家的进步有着重大意义，因此，医学人才的培育至关重要。医学人才的培育在医学教育的过程中，有着一定的培育路径与适宜的方法。赣鄱中医文化作为江西孕育而出的地方中医文化，其所蕴含的医学文化深厚悠远，医者品行山高水长。通过探寻赣鄱中医大家的成长成才之路，将赣鄱中医深厚的文化底蕴与医学人才的培养与研究方法相结合，以医学专业知识教育为基础培育之路径，以医德品行培养为言传身教之方法，从而培育出医术精湛、医德优良的现代化中医药人才。

Abstract

As a scientific system to protect and strengthen human health, prevent and treat diseases, medicine is of great significance to the healthy development of the whole mankind and the progress of the country. Therefore, in the process of medical education, the cultivation of medical talents must have a clear path and appropriate methods. As a unique culture of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangxi Province, Ganpo culture of traditional Chinese medicine contains profound and long-standing medical culture. Therefore, we should combine the culture of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of cultivating medical talents, taking the education of medical professional knowledge as the path of cultivation, and taking the cultivation of medical ethics as the method of teaching by words and deeds, so as to cultivate modern medical talents with exquisite medical skills and excellent medical ethics.
