如今,汽车已经是人类日常生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分。伴随着全球变暖及能源短缺逐步显现,汽车轻量化发展是当今汽车行业共识的问题。文章通过对AZ91D镁合金和6061铝合金焊枪偏移试验进行对比分析,得出MIG焊过程中铝、镁异种合金接头的力学性能如何。
Today, cars are an integral part of our daily lives. With the gradual emergence of global warming and energy shortage, the development of automotive lightweight is a common problem in today's automotive industry. In this paper, the mechanical properties of aluminum and magnesium dissimilar alloy joints in MIG welding process are obtained by comparing and analyzing the welding gun offset test of AZ91D magnesium alloy and 6061 aluminum alloy.
