The value of electrocardiogram combined with color doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease
心电图联合心脏彩超诊断高血压性心脏病的价值探析

摘要

目的 分析高血压心脏病患者接受心电图联合心脏彩超的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年7月期间院内高血压心脏病入院的患者内选择16例作为实验组，并选择同期健康患者16例作为对照组，对其分别心电图以及心脏彩超检查，对比指标，分析实验组单一检查以及联合检查的准确性。结果 实验组左心室厚度与对照组无差异，P＞0.05。实验组左心室舒张期内径低于对照组，P＜0.05。相对室壁厚度高于对照组，P＜0.05。单一检查内检出人数为10例，诊出率为62.5%。联合检查检出人数为15例，诊出率为93.75%，对比χ2为4.5714，P=0.0325，联合检查诊出率高于单一检查，P＜0.05。结论 对高血压心脏病患者实施心电图联合心脏彩超检查，可以为医生提供更多数据，提高诊断准确性。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of electrocardiography combined with color Doppler echocardiography on patients with hypertensive heart disease.
Methods: From January 2020 to July 2022, 16 patients with hypertension and heart disease admitted to the hospital were selected as the experimental group, and 16 healthy patients in the same period were selected as the control group. ECG and color Doppler echocardiography were performed respectively to compare the indexes, and the accuracy of single examination and combined examination in the experimental group was analyzed.
Results: There was no difference in left ventricular thickness between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05). The diastolic diameter of left ventricle in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The relative wall thickness was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The number of cases detected in a single examination was 10, and the diagnostic rate was 62.5%. The number of patients detected by combined examination was 15, and the diagnostic rate was 93.75%. The comparison χ2 was 4.5714, P=0.0325. The diagnostic rate of combined examination was higher than that of single examination, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : ECG combined with color Doppler echocardiography can provide doctors with more data and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
