健康教育对提高骨科住院患者护理满意度的研究分析

摘要

目的 通过研讨,探究采取健康教育护理模式应用于骨科住院患者护理中,对护理满意度的影 响价值。方法 以 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月为研究时间,并择取期间在我院骨科治疗的患者中的 100 例作为 临床研究目标,依照患者自行选择护理方法予以分组,根据研究数据来对比护理前后心理状态评分及护理 满意度。结果 干预前组间情绪量表评分差值低,干预后观察组 SAS 和 SDS 量表评分均下降,与对照组比 较分值更低 P<0.05;且满意度高于对照组,组间差异统计,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 骨科住院患 者开展健康教育护理,获得了显著疗效,不良情绪有所缓解,并提高护理满意度,有助于患者病情的早日 康复,且患者对护理工作予以了肯定,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective Through discussion, to explore the influence value of health education nursing mode applied to orthopedic inpatient nursing on nursing satisfaction.
Methods The study time was from January 2021 to January 2022, and 100 patients who were treated in the orthopaedic department of our hospital during the period were selected as the clinical research target. The patients were divided into groups according to the nursing methods selected by the patients themselves, and the psychological status scores and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared according to the research data.
Results The difference of emotion scale scores between groups before intervention was low. After intervention, the SAS and SDS scales scores of the observation group decreased, which was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Carrying out health education and nursing for orthopedic inpatients has achieved remarkable effect, relieved the bad mood, and improved nursing satisfaction, which is conducive to the early recovery of patients' condition. The patients have affirmed the nursing work, which is worthy of promotion.
