The value of infrared mammary gland therapeutic instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia
红外乳腺治疗仪结合治疗乳腺增生的价值

摘要

目的 探究在对乳腺增生患者进行治疗中按照桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗配合红外乳腺治疗仪进行治疗的效果。方法 结合对比治疗探究的方式进行治疗，采用随机对照选取2021年5月至2022年5月，本院乳腺科门诊乳腺增生患者80例，随机分为红外治疗仪组，即观察组40例（低频电子脉冲红外治疗仪联合口服桂枝茯苓胶囊），单纯中成药治疗组，即对照组40例（口服桂枝茯苓胶囊）。分析患者的恢复情况。结果 对两组整体治疗效果对比，观察组均存在明显优势，P<0.05。对比两组乳腺肿块数量以及肿块直径，观察组改善情况同样优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对乳腺增生患者进行治疗中按照中医治疗配合红外乳腺治疗仪相结合的方式进行治疗，可以显著提升对该部分患者的治疗效果，促使患者乳腺增生症状迅速改善。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with infrared mammary gland therapeutic instrument in the treatment of patients with breast hyperplasia.
Methods 80 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in the breast clinic of our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the infrared therapeutic instrument group (40 cases in the observation group (low frequency electronic pulse infrared therapeutic instrument combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule) and the control group (40 cases in the control group). Analyze the recovery of patients.
Results Compared with the overall treatment effect of the two groups, the observation group had obvious advantages (P<0.05). Compared the number and diameter of breast masses in the two groups, the improvement in the observation group was also better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of patients with breast hyperplasia, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and infrared breast therapeutic instrument can significantly improve the treatment effect of this part of patients and promote the rapid improvement of symptoms of patients with breast hyperplasia.
