超声波治疗仪联合微波治疗仪用于无菌性炎症疼痛的观察

摘要

目的 本次研究中对超声波治疗仪联合微波治疗仪治疗无菌性炎症患者疼痛的效果进行观察。方法选取本院门诊2020年4月-2022年4月收治的无菌性炎症感染患者共计60例作为研究对象。以性别为依据将患者分为观察与对照组,对照组患者中男性患者19例、女性患者11例,年龄44-85岁,平均年龄(60.37±22.78)岁;观察组患者中男性患者17例、女性患者13例,年龄44-83岁,平均年龄(62.28±20.83)岁,两组患者一般资料对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者接受常规门诊治疗,观察组患者接受超声波治疗仪联合微波治疗仪治疗。结果 观察组患者的VAS评分显著低于对照组患者;由此可见观察组患者的疼痛程度整体低于对照组患者;说明观察组患者满意度远高于对照组患者。结论 超声波治疗仪联合微波治疗仪治疗无菌性炎症疼痛具有显著效果,值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of ultrasonic therapy and microwave therapy in patients with aseptic inflammation.
Methods: A total of 60 aseptic inflammatory-infected patients admitted from April 2020-April 2022 were selected as the study subjects. Patients were divided into observation and control groups with 19 male patients and 11 female patients aged 44-85, mean age (60.37 ± 22.78), 17 male patients and 13 female patients aged 44-83, mean age (62.28 ± 20.83), respectively, in general data (P <0.05). Patients in the control group received routine outpatient treatment, and patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasound treatment instrument combined with microwave treatment instrument.
Results: The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control patients; the overall pain level of the observation group was lower, and the patient satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group.
Conclusion  : Ultrasonic therapy instrument and microwave therapy instrument for aseptic inflammation and pain treatment is worthy of clinical application.
