浅谈临床骨科护理工作中存在的问题及改进措施研究

摘要

目的 为有效提高临床骨科护理工作的质量，降低护患纠纷发生率，更好地保护医患双方利益， 对临床骨科护理工作中存在的问题及改进后的护理效果作进一步探究，为临床提供参考依据。方法 回顾性 分析 2021 年 6 月-2022 年 6 月期间在本院骨科接受治疗的患者为研究对象，共计 80 例，按接收治疗顺序平 均分为对照组采用常规护理干预和整理护理工作中存在的问题采取改进措施后实施护理干预的观察组，每 组各 40 例，对比两组的护理满意度、护患纠纷发生率。结果 统计研究表明，两组患者在采取不同的护理 方法后，通过整理护理工作中存在的问题采取改进措施后实施护理干预的观察组护理满意度明显高于对照 组，护患纠纷发生率更低，组间数据差异明显，P＜0.05，存在对比意义。结论 分析表明，整理护理工作中 存在的问题采取改进措施后实施护理干预对骨科护理工作质量有显著提升，有效降低护患纠纷发生率，提 高患者满意度，促进医患关系和谐，护理效果显著临床应用价值、可行性较高。

Abstract

Objective To effectively improve the quality of clinical orthopedic nursing, reduce the incidence of nurse patient disputes, and better protect the interests of both doctors and patients, to further explore the problems in clinical orthopedic nursing and the improved nursing effect, and to provide reference for clinical practice.
Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 80 patients who received treatment in the orthopaedic department of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022. According to the order of receiving treatment, they were equally divided into the control group, the observation group, which adopted routine nursing intervention and sorted out the problems in nursing work, and implemented nursing intervention after taking improvement measures. There were 40 patients in each group. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nurse patient disputes of the two groups were compared.
Results The statistical study showed that after the two groups of patients adopted different nursing methods, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group by sorting out the problems existing in the nursing work and taking improvement measures. The incidence of nurse patient disputes was lower, and the data difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  s The analysis shows that the implementation of nursing intervention after the improvement measures are taken to solve the problems in nursing work has significantly improved the quality of orthopedic nursing work, effectively reduced the incidence of nurse patient disputes, improved patient satisfaction, promoted the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and the nursing effect has significant clinical application value and high feasibility.
