目的 评价自我五体按摩手法治疗技术治疗屈曲挛缩型膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法 选择2019年10月至2021年6月新疆昌吉市绿洲路街道和建国路街道社区屈曲挛缩型膝骨关节炎患者136例，其中男性54例、女性82例，平均年龄58.14±3.05。按照随机化的原则，观察组和对照组各68例，观察组采用自我五体按摩手法治疗技术治疗，对照组采用常规功能锻炼治疗技术治疗，记录并统计分析患者治疗前及治疗1周、2周、3周时的伸膝角度、VAS评分、WOMAC评分，评价两组的临床疗效。结果 共129名患者完成治疗随访，治疗1周、2周、3周时观察组伸膝角度、VAS评分、WOMAC功能表评分低于对照组（P<0.05，P<0.01）。结论 自我五体按摩手法治疗技术能够改善屈曲挛缩型膝骨关节炎患者的临床症状，提高生活能力，具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of self five-body massage manipulative therapy technique in the treatment of flexion contracture knee osteoarthritis. Methods: From October 2019 to June 2021, 136 patients with flexion contracture knee osteoarthritis were selected from the communities of Oasis Road Street and Jianguo Road Street in Changji, Xinjiang, of whom 54 were male and 82 were female, with an average age of 58.14±3.05. According to the principle of randomization, 68 patients in the observation group and 68 in the control group. The observation group was treated with self five-body massage technique, while the control group was treated with routine functional exercise, The patients' knee extension angle, VAS score and WOMAC score before treatment and at 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: A total of 129 patients completed the treatment follow-up, and the knee extension angle, VAS score, and WOMAC function table score in the observation group at 1, 2, and 3 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion : Self-five-body massage manipulation technique can improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the living ability of patients with flexion contracture knee osteoarthritis, and has better clinical efficacy.
