To explore the application value of optimizing the emergency department green channel process inintravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke
探讨急诊科绿色通道流程的优化在静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探究急诊科绿色通道流程的优化在静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的应用价值。方法 筛选2020年10月-2022年6月以来，由我院急诊科接收并展开紧急救治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者94例纳入本次研究。以入院救治的先后时间作为分组标准，将其分成常规组（47例）与研究组（47例）。结果 不同流程配合治疗后，相比于常规组，研究组各项就诊时间包括发病至急诊（1.34±0.51）h、、急诊至检验（12.46±3.02）min、急诊至检验报告出具（27.35±7.87）min、急诊至会诊（52.38±3.52）min以及静脉溶栓时间（59.67±5.38）h更短；同时，常规组家属满意度为82.98%（39例），研究组则为97.87%（46例），组间比较，研究组方法收获的满意度更高。结论 在急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施静脉溶栓治疗过程中，积极配合绿色通道优化流程的效果明显，具有较高的应用价值与实用性，可在今后的相关治疗中作为首选模式予以采纳使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of optimizing the green channel process in emergency department in intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke.
Methods From October 2020 to June 2022, 94 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were received and treated by the emergency department of our hospital were selected and included in this study. The patients were divided into routine group (47 cases) and research group (47 cases) according to the time of hospitalization.
Results After different procedures of treatment, compared with the conventional group, the study group had shorter time for medical treatment, including (1.34 ± 0.51) h from onset to emergency, (12.46 ± 3.02) min from emergency to inspection, (27.35 ± 7.87) min from emergency to inspection report, (52.38 ± 3.52) min from emergency to consultation, and (59.67 ± 5.38) h from intravenous thrombolysis; At the same time, the satisfaction of family members in the routine group was 82.98% (39 cases), while that in the study group was 97.87% (46 cases). Compared with each other, the satisfaction of the study group was higher.
Conclusion   In the process of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute ischemic stroke, the effect of actively cooperating with the green channel to optimize the process is obvious, which has high application value and practicality, and can be adopted as the preferred mode in the future related treatment.
