摘要

《外科学》中水、电解质和酸碱平衡失调是教学的重点，也是难点，是临床各科室都比较常见的问题。[1]其中高钾血症和低钾血症在教学中无模型标本，难以理解和接收，同时又容易混淆，而在临床工作中大部分科室都会接触到此类患者；为了让学生更容易掌握，打下良好的基础，在教学中尝试应用手足并用教学法，希望可以改善教学中存在的问题，改变现状，更好的传播医学知识。
