摘要

酸性蚀刻液因在实际控制、蚀刻效果等方面的优势,在PCB的生产过程中得到广泛应用。通常情况下在PCB的生产过程中,蚀刻液在经过蚀刻工序后,其中的Cu2+浓度随之减少,总铜浓度则增大,当Cu+浓度与总铜浓度到达一定程度时,此时对于酸性蚀刻液的蚀刻效果产生影响,需要通过再生来保证蚀刻效果满足实际应用需要。膜电解法作为电解产品分离的有效方法,在酸性蚀刻液再生中发挥重要作用,本文通过对膜电解法再生对酸性蚀刻液及回收铜新技术的研究,对该技术所应用的原理、过程进行分析,以供参考。

Abstract

Acid etching liquid is widely used in the PCB production process because of its advantages in practical control and etching effect. Usually, in the production process of PCB, the etching liquid after the etching process, the Cu2 + concentration decreases, and the total copper concentration increases, when the Cu + concentration and the total copper concentration to a certain extent, the etching effect of acid etching liquid impact, through regeneration to ensure the etching effect to meet the needs of practical application. As an effective method of electrolysis product separation, membrane electrolysis plays an important role in acid etching regeneration. In this paper analyzes the principle and process of the technology for reference.
