Investigation on skin injury caused by medical adhesive in critical pregnant women in MICU
危重孕产妇医用胶粘剂相关性皮肤损伤的现况调查

摘要

目的 分析危重孕产妇医用胶粘剂相关性皮肤损伤的现况和预防措施。方法 回顾性分析80例利用医用胶粘剂危重孕产妇临床资料，入院时间均为2020年7月-2022年4月，随机分两组，预防组40例孕产妇，采用预防措施，临床组40例孕产妇，未采用预防措施，比较预防组及临床组孕产妇的皮肤损伤情况。结果 预防组皮肤损伤发生率与临床组比较区别较大，预防组皮肤损伤发生率从表1看出明显低于临床组，两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预防组临床症状评分、瘙痒评分、皮损评分与临床组比较区别较大，预防组临床症状评分、瘙痒评分、皮损评分从表2看出明显低于临床组，两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预防组情感功能、意识功能、躯体功能、社会功能等评分与临床组比较区别较大，预防组情感功能、意识功能、躯体功能、社会功能等评分从表3看出明显高于临床组，两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对利用医用胶粘剂危重孕产妇实行预防措施，能够有效降低皮肤损伤发生率，值得临床推广利用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the current situation and preventive measures of medical adhesive-related skin injury in critical pregnant women in MICU.
Methods The clinical data of 80 critically ill pregnant women with medical adhesive MICU were retrospectively analyzed. The admission time was from July 2020 to April 2022, and they were randomly divided into two groups. 40 pregnant women in the prevention group took preventive measures and 40 pregnant women in the clinical group did not take preventive measures. The skin damage of pregnant women in the prevention group and the clinical group were compared.
Results The incidence of skin injury in the prevention group was significantly different from that in the clinical group, and the incidence of skin injury in the prevention group was significantly lower than that in the clinical group (P<0.05). Compared with the clinical group, the clinical symptom score, pruritus score and skin lesion score of the prevention group are quite different. From Table 2, the clinical symptom score, pruritus score and skin lesion score of the prevention group are obviously lower than those of the clinical group, and the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with the clinical group, the scores of emotional function, conscious function, physical function and social function in the prevention group are quite different. From Table 3, the scores of emotional function, conscious function, physical function and social function in the prevention group are significantly higher than those in the clinical group, and the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Preventive measures for critical pregnant women using medical adhesive MICU can effectively reduce the incidence of skin injury, which is worthy of clinical application.
