Talking about the application of comfortable nursing in neurology nursing
浅谈舒适护理在神经内科护理中的运用

摘要

目的 研究分析在神经内科护理中应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法 将以提高神经内科护理质量为任务导向，在正式开展本次研究前需在神经内科中随机选取32例患者作为研究对象，命名为观察组，为其实施舒适护理，同时为达成研究目的，将于同期再次选取32例患者作为对照组，继续对其实施常规护理，比较不同护理模式下的临床效果。结果 评估统计了两组患者的护理满意度情况，其中应用舒适护理的观察组患者，仅有1例不满意，反观对照组则有7例不满意，观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。其次，比较了两组患者的住院时间、舒适度评分和生活质量评分，均为观察组更优，（P＜0.05）。结论 将舒适护理应用于神经内科护理工作中可显著提高护理质量水平，应用价值高。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing in neurological nursing.
Methods Taking improving the quality of neurology nursing as the task orientation, 32 patients were randomly selected from the neurology department as the research objects before the formal launch of this study, named as the observation group, and they were given comfortable nursing care, and at the same time, in order to achieve the research purpose , 32 patients will be selected as the control group again during the same period, and routine nursing will be continued to compare the clinical effects of different nursing modes.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was evaluated and counted. Among them, only 1 patient in the observation group who applied comfortable nursing was dissatisfied, while 7 patients in the control group were dissatisfied. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. group, (P<0.05). Secondly, the hospitalization time, comfort score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared, all of which were better in the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comfort nursing in neurology nursing work can significantly improve the level of nursing quality and has high application value.
