摘要

当前我国社会经济实力的进一步增强,国家越来越重视对就业扶持工作,就业扶持方面需要花费更多的资金,如此对于扶持资金的管理就有很大的问题。为了使得就业扶持资金得到有效应用,进一步发挥人力资源创业的带动和促使作用,本文将分析人力资源创业带动就业扶持资金管理,提出针对性的管理策略。

Abstract

At present, my country's social and economic strength has been further enhanced, and the country has paid more and more attention to employment support work. Employment support needs to spend more funds, so there is a big problem in the management of support funds. In order to make employment support funds be effectively used and further play the role of human resources entrepreneurship in driving and promoting, this paper will analyze the management of employment support funds driven by human resources entrepreneurship, and propose targeted management strategies.
