当前我国基层医疗卫生机构医务人员服务水平低下,无法满足当前老百姓日益增长基层医疗卫生服务需求,随着近年疫情的发展,表现更为突出。通过实施有效的人事、薪酬改革,提高医务人员医疗水平,更好的解决老百姓的基层医疗卫生服务需求。
At present, the service level of medical personnel in primary medical and health institutions in my country is low and cannot meet the current growing demand for primary medical and health services of the common people. With the development of the epidemic in recent years, the performance has become more prominent. Through the implementation of effective personnel and salary reforms, the medical level of medical staff will be improved, and the needs of the people for grass-roots medical and health services will be better addressed.
