牙周炎治疗方法研究进展

摘要

目的 以牙周炎治疗方法为主线,综述其研究进展。方法 牙周炎是口腔慢性细菌感染性疾病,好发于中老年人,发病率及严重程度与年龄增长成正比,与心血管疾病、糖尿病等全身疾病的治疗效果相互影响。中、重度牙周炎牙齿松动移位,不仅影响患者发音、进食、美观,还会对患者心理产生不同程度影响,因此接受全面有效的治疗至关重要。作者查阅近十年发表的牙周炎治疗方法相关文章,期望对急慢性牙周炎的临床治疗提供参考思路。结果 牙周炎的治疗中,非手术治疗仍是首选方法,特殊严重病例采取手术治疗。结论 牙周炎治疗的方法及手段仍需改进以为患者提供更舒适的治疗体验及更好治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective: To review the research progress of periodontitis treatment.
Methods: Periodontitis is a chronic bacterial infectious disease of the oral cavity, which occurs in the middle-aged and elderly people. The incidence and severity of periodontitis are proportional to age, and interact with the therapeutic effects of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and other systemic diseases. The loosening and displacement of teeth in moderate and severe periodontitis not only affects patients ' pronunciation, eating and aesthetics, but also has different degrees of impact on patients ' psychology. Therefore, it is very important to receive comprehensive and effective treatment. The author reviewed the articles on the treatment of periodontitis published in the past decade, hoping to provide reference for the clinical treatment of acute and chronic periodontitis.
Results: In the treatment of periodontitis, non-surgical treatment is still the preferred method, and surgical treatment is adopted in special severe cases.
Conclusion  : The methods and means of periodontitis treatment still need to be improved to provide patients with more comfortable treatment experience and better treatment effect.
