Effect of montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone on symptom improvement in children with asthma
孟鲁司特钠联合氟替卡松治疗儿童哮喘对症状改善的影响

摘要

目的 探究孟鲁司特钠联合氟替卡松治疗儿童哮喘对症状改善的影响。方法 选择本院2021.03——2022.06收治小儿哮喘者共计70名，通过入院先后时间不同分出常规组（2021.03——2021.10）、实验组（2021.11——2022.06）每组35名。常规组使用氟替卡松，实验组使用孟鲁司特钠联合氟替卡松，比较两组肺功能指数、生活质量评分（SF-36）、症状指标变化、不良反应发生率。结果 两组对比不良反应发生率无差异，P＞0.05。实验组肺功能指数优于常规组、SF-36评分高于常规组，P＜0.05。实验组症状指标变化低于常规组，P＜0.05。结论 小儿哮喘治疗中选择氟替卡松和孟鲁司特钠联合用药，可有效控制病情，促进肺功能恢复，建议使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone on the improvement of symptoms in children with asthma.
Methods: A total of 70 children with asthma treated in our hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected, and they were divided into routine group (March 2021-October 2021) and experimental group (November 2021-June 2022) with 35 in each group. The routine group was treated with fluticasone, while the experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone. The pulmonary function index, quality of life score (SF-36), changes of symptom indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results: There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). The pulmonary function index and SF-36 score of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05). The change of symptom index in experimental group was lower than that in rotine group(P＜0.05）.
Conclusion  : the combination of fluticasone and montelukast sodium in the treatment of children asthma can effectively control the disease and promote the recovery of lung function.
