Application and satisfaction analysis of 6S management method in quality nursing of gynecology and obstetrics wards
6S管理法在妇产科病房优质护理中的应用及满意度分析

摘要

目的 分析妇产科病房优质护理过程中实施6S管理法的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月区间内妇产科病房内收治的患者中随机选择120例患者展开实验研究，根据干预形式将患者分为不同组别，即实验与对照，每组内人数均为60例。对照组内整体患者均接受常规护理。实验组内整体患者实施6S管理法，对比相关指标。结果 实验组满意度96.67%，对照组76.67%，P＜0.05，干预前，两组负性情绪无差异，P＞0.05。干预后，实验组负性情绪低于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组服务质量高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组住院时间与对照组相比更短，P＜0.05。结论 将6S管理法应用于临床妇产科病房优质护理内，可以提升患者的满意度，改善不良情绪，提高护理服务质量，缩短患者的住院时间。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of 6S management in the process of quality nursing in gynecology and obstetrics wards.
Methods: from January 2020 to January 2022, 120 patients were randomly selected from the gynecology and obstetrics wards for experimental study. According to the intervention form, the patients were divided into different groups, i.e. experiment and control. The number of patients in each group was 60. All patients in the control group received routine nursing. The whole patients in the experimental group implemented 6S management method and compared the relevant indicators.
Results: the satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%, and that of the control group was 76.67%, P < 0.05. Before the intervention, there was no difference in negative emotions between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the negative emotion of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The service quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of 6S management method in the quality nursing of clinical gynecology and obstetrics ward can improve the satisfaction of patients, improve the bad mood, improve the quality of nursing service and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
