目的 探讨综合护理对老年高血压患者脑出血的护理效果及满意度。方法 将我院2021年3月-2022年1月80例高血压脑出血患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施综合护理。比较两组护理前后血压、神经功能、满意度、治疗依从性、住院时间。结果 实验组血压、神经功能低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，治疗依从性高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 高血压脑出血患者实施综合护理效果确切，可有效提高患者的依从性，控制血压和改善神经功能，缩短住院时间并提升满意度。
Objective To explore the nursing effect and satisfaction of comprehensive nursing on elderly hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing. Blood pressure, neurological function, satisfaction, treatment compliance and hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The blood pressure and neurological function of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group; Conclusion The comprehensive nursing effect for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is definite, which can effectively improve patient compliance, control blood pressure, improve neurological function, shorten hospital stay and improve satisfaction.
