一例口底癌同期合并胃癌的护理

摘要

口底癌是发生在口底粘膜上的恶性肿瘤。在我国口底癌发病率较低[1]。临床中，口底癌常早期发生淋巴结转移，一般转移至颏下、颌下及颈深淋巴结，并常发生双侧颈淋巴结转移。对于口底癌同期合并胃癌而言，严重影响日常生活，降低其生活质量，甚至可能危及生命安全。故而早发现、早诊断、早治疗，对延缓病情进展，提升生存质量有重要意义[2-3]。本研究即分析了一例口底癌同期合并胃癌患者的治疗和护理情况，重点分析了口底癌同期合并胃癌围术期护理体会，具体报道如下。

Abstract

Carcinoma of the floor of the mouth is a malignant tumor that occurs on the mucosa of the floor of the mouth. The incidence rate of floor of mouth cancer is low in China [1]. In clinic, floor of mouth cancer often has early lymph node metastasis, generally to submental, submandibular and deep cervical lymph nodes, and often bilateral cervical lymph node metastasis. For the cancer of the floor of the mouth combined with gastric cancer at the same time, it seriously affects daily life, reduces its quality of life, and may even endanger life safety. Therefore, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are of great significance to delay the progress of the disease and improve the quality of life [2-3]. This study analyzed the treatment and nursing of a patient with oral floor cancer combined with gastric cancer at the same time, focusing on the perioperative nursing experience of oral floor cancer combined with gastric cancer at the same time.
