Effect of high quality nursing model on postoperative nursing of hip fracture in elderly patient
优质护理模式在老年患者髋部骨折术后护理中的效果

摘要

目的 探讨在髋部骨折老年病患术后以优质护理施护，对促进病患术后康复的干预意义。方法 试验者是2020.04至2022.05在医院行髋部骨折的老年病患数量共计90例，采取数字奇偶法分作相同例数两组，对照组采用常规护理，遵照医师要求开展护理服务，观察组则采用优质护理，比对组间情绪变化及护理质量指标差异。结果 观察组病患焦虑情绪与抑郁情绪评分比对照组病患低，观察组病患健康指导、功能锻炼、生活护理及护患沟通各项护理质量指标评分比对照组病患高，P＜0.05。结论 以优质护理进行护理，可对病患不良情绪进行缓解及疏导，增强其依从性及配合度，同时还能够起到提升临床护理质量作用，利于构建和谐护患关系，适宜基层医院借鉴应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the intervention significance of high-quality nursing in the elderly patients with hip fracture after operation.
Methods: the subjects were 90 elderly patients who underwent hip fracture in the hospital from April 2020 to may 2022. They were divided into two groups with the same number of cases by digital parity method. The control group received routine nursing and carried out nursing services according to the doctor's requirements, while the observation group received high-quality nursing. The emotional changes and nursing quality indicators between the groups were compared.
Results: the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of health guidance, functional exercise, life nursing and nurse patient communication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : nursing with high-quality nursing can alleviate and dredge the patients' bad emotions, enhance their compliance and cooperation, and improve the quality of clinical nursing, which is conducive to building a harmonious nurse patient relationship, which is suitable for reference and application in grass-roots hospitals.
