目的 分析“3H”理论全程护理在PD-1治疗肺癌患者中的应用。方法 将2021年1月-2022年1月期间我院进行PD-1治疗的肺癌患者96例随机分为对照组和实验组，对两组患者分别采用常规护理干预和“3H”理论全程护理干预，分析应用效果。结果 实验组生活质量、心理状态均优于对照组，护理满意度、依从性均高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 “3H”理论全程护理能够为患者提供更加更高效的护理干预，缓解患者的不良情绪，提高患者的依从性，从而改善患者的生活质量。
Objective: To analyze the application of "3H" theory in PD-1 in lung cancer patients. Methods: Ninety-six lung cancer patients treated with PD-1 in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and routine nursing intervention and "3H" theory whole-process nursing intervention were used to analyze the application effect. Results: The quality of life and psychological status were better than the experimental group, nursing satisfaction and compliance were higher than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion : The "3H" theory of whole-process nursing can provide patients with more efficient nursing intervention and remission Patients' bad mood, improve their compliance, and thus improve their quality of life.
