心理干预与健康教育在高血压患者护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 分析在高血压患者中应用心理干预与健康教育的价值与效果。方法 在2021年03月-2022年03月期间,随机在我院所有高血压患者中抽选100例进行护理研究,结合各为患者的入院时间,先入院的50例为参照组,实施基础护理,后入院的50例为试验组,该组加强心理干预和健康教育,对各组患者护理前和护理后的血压情况和心理状态、对高血压的认知情况、生活质量以及患者对护理的满意度等方面进行比较。结果 对高血压患者加强心理干预与健康教育的试验组护理前血压(收缩压、舒张压)和心理状态(焦虑、抑郁)同参照组比较没有显著差异,护理后两组均有好转,其中试验组更优(P<0.05);患者对高血压认知情况和生活质量各方面在护理后试验组均好于参照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对护理的满意度试验组为96.00%,参照组为78.00%,两个护理组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。讨论 在高血压患者中应用心理干预与健康教育,能够明显改善患者的心理状况,提高患者对疾病的认知情况和生活质量,患者对护理的满意度高,值得大力推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the value and effect of psychological intervention and health education in patients with hypertension.
Methods: during the period from March 2021 to March 2022,100 patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly selected for nursing research. Combined with the admission time of each patient,50 patients who were admitted first served as the reference group, and 50 patients who were admitted later served as the experimental group. This group strengthened psychological intervention and health education, and analyzed the blood pressure and psychological status, cognition of hypertension before and after nursing in each group The quality of life and patients' satisfaction with nursing were compared.
Results: there was no significant difference in blood pressure(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure)and psychological state(anxiety, depression)between the experimental group and the reference group before nursing. After nursing, both groups improved, and the experimental group was better(p<0.05);After nursing, the cognition and quality of life of patients with hypertension in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group, with statistical significance(p<0.05);The patients' satisfaction with nursing was 96.00%in the experimental group and 78.00%in the reference group. There was significant difference between the two nursing groups(p<0.05). Discussion: the application of psychological intervention and health education in patients with hypertension can significantly improve the psychological status of patients, improve patients' cognition of disease and quality of life, and patients' satisfaction with nursing is high, which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
