目的 针对偏头疼患者应用心理护理效果和负面情绪改善影响。方法 2021年3月至2022年3月，择取我院110例偏头痛患者开展随机对照护理研究，以随机分组方式将其分为管理组（心理护理）和参照组（普通护理），对比护理结果。结果 与参照组相比，管理组负面情绪得分更低，生活指廊得分更高，对护理服务认可度更高，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 偏头痛患者接受心理护理后，可有效减少负面情绪，生活质量得到提升，具有推广意义。
Objective To apply the effect of psychological nursing and negative emotional improvement in migraine patients. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022,110 migraine patients in our hospital were selected to conduct randomized controlled nursing research, which were divided into management group (psychological nursing) and reference group (general nursing) to compare the nursing results. Results Compared with the reference group, the management group had lower negative emotions, higher finger scores and higher recognition of nursing services (P <0.05). Conclusion After receiving psychological care, migraine patients can effectively reduce negative emotions and improve the quality of life, which has promotion significance.
