目的 研究分析门诊护理管理中双向沟通原理的作用,以此帮助医院进一步提高门诊护理管理的水平。方法 本次实验跨越2020年2月至2022年7月这一时间段,研究人员对140例门诊患者进行研究。将双盲对照原则作为本次实验所选患者的分组依据,在本次实验中,研究人员在对照组及实验组患者门诊护理管理中分别实施一般沟通、双向沟通,记录对照组及实验组护理满意度、护患纠纷出现情况、门诊护理管理水平,并实施对比分析。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者中对护理工作持特别满意及比较满意态度的人数分别为59人及66人,占比分别为84.29%及94.29%,组间患者护理满意度相关数据之间存在着不容忽视的差距,(p<0.05);对照组及实验组中分别有6人及1人出现护患纠纷,护患纠纷出现概率分别为8.57%及1.43%,组间对应数据之间的差异是不容忽视的,(p<0.05);对照组及实验组护理管理质量评分分别为(72.4±9.2)分及(93.5±4.6)分,组间对应数据之间的差异是不容忽视的,(p<0.05)。结论 在门诊护理管理中双向沟通原理的应用价值较高,其应用效果远远优于一般沟通。
Objective To study and analyze the role of two-way communication principle in outpatient nursing management, so as to help hospitals to further improve the level of outpatient nursing management. Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from February 2020 to July 2022, and the researchers studied 140 outpatients. The principle of double-blind control was used as the basis for grouping selected patients in this experiment. In this experiment, the researchers implemented general communication and two-way communication respectively in the outpatient nursing management of patients in the control group and experimental group, and recorded the nursing care of the control group and experimental group. Satisfaction, occurrence of nurse-patient disputes, and outpatient nursing management level, and a comparative analysis was carried out. Results: Among the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group, 59 and 66 were particularly satisfied with the nursing work and 66, accounting for 84.29% and 94.29%, respectively. There is a gap that cannot be ignored (p<0.05); 6 people in the control group and 1 person in the experimental group had nurse-patient disputes, and the probability of nurse-patient disputes was 8.57% and 1.43%, respectively. The difference between the two groups cannot be ignored (p<0.05); the nursing management quality scores of the control group and the experimental group were (72.4±9.2) and (93.5±4.6) points respectively, and the difference between the corresponding data between the groups cannot be ignored. , (p < 0.05). Conclusion : The application value of the principle of two-way communication in outpatient nursing management is high, and its application effect is far better than that of general communication.
