Analysis of curative effect of transurethral plasma resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatichyperplasia
经尿道前列腺等离子电切治疗前列腺增生症的疗效分析

摘要

目的 分析经尿道前列腺等离子电切治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法 研究时间选择在2021年1月-2021年12月，此期间我院收治的100例前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗，实验组接受经尿道前列腺等离子电切治疗，对比应用效果。结果 实验组治疗有效果高于对照组，围手术期指标优于对照组，且并发症发生率低于对照组，对比生活质量改善情况，实验组更理想，P＜0.05。结论 经尿道前列腺等离子电切治疗前列腺增生症患者的创伤比较小，并且治疗效果更加理想，患者术后并发症的发生率比较低，安全性更高。

Abstract

Objective: to analyze the efficacy of transurethral plasma resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Methods: the study period was from January 2021 to December 2021. 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital during this period were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received transurethral resection of the prostate, and the experimental group received transurethral resection of the prostate. The results were compared.
Results: the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the perioperative index was better than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group. Compared with the improvement of the quality of life, the experimental group was more ideal (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : transurethral plasma resection of the prostate is less invasive and more effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The incidence of postoperative complications is lower and the safety is higher.
