CRRT治疗严重脓毒血症中的价值分析

摘要

目的 探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）严重脓毒血症的价值。方法 此次研究对象为我院近年来收治的80例严重脓毒血症患者，采用随机分配的方式，分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组在上述基础上采用CRRT治疗方法，分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 通过实验观察，比较两组患者的APACHE Ⅱ评分、SOFA评分、BUN水平和Cr水平情况，观察组均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。比较两组患者的APTT和PT指标情况，观察组均明显长于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对严重脓毒血症患者，采用CRRT治疗措施，可以使患者的病情得到明显缓解，改善患者的肾功能与凝血功能，具有一定推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the value of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) for severe sepsis.
Methods The subjects of this study were 80 patients with severe sepsis treated in our hospital in recent years. They were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with The CRRT treatment method was used to analyze and compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.
Results Through experimental observation, the APACHE Ⅱ score, SOFA score, BUN level and Cr level of the two groups of patients were compared, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The APTT and PT indexes of the two groups were compared, and the observation group was significantly longer than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with severe sepsis, the use of CRRT therapy can significantly relieve the patient's condition and improve the renal function and coagulation function of the patient, which has a certain promotion value.
