The effect of minimally invasive nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic sinusitis
鼻内窥镜微创手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的作用

摘要

目的 分析在对慢性鼻窦炎患者进行治疗的过程中按照鼻内窥镜微创手术进行治疗的效果。方法 按照对比手术治疗的形式展开探究，选入在2021年2月至2022年5月所接诊的患者66例作为对象，并计算机随机排序1至66，任意抽选其中的33例，按照常规手术治疗，作为对照组，在对剩下患者治疗时则以鼻内窥镜微创手术治疗，作为观察组。分析患者的恢复情况。结果 结合对两组整体手术治疗效果、并发症情况以及术后生活质量评分等对比，观察组均存在有明显优势，P<0.05。结论 在对慢性鼻窦炎患者进行治疗的过程中按照鼻内窥镜微创手术的形式进行治疗，可以有效提升临床对该部分患者的治疗效果，并降低患者术后并发症的发生率，有助于患者进行恢复，保障对该部分患者的治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of minimally invasive nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis.
Methods Inquiry according to the contrast in the form of surgery, elected in February 2021 to May 2022 alone, 66 cases of patients with as an object, and the computer random sequence 1 to 66, arbitrarily selected the 33 cases, according to the conventional surgery, as control group, at the time of treatment in patients with left with nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery, as a group. The recovery of the patients was analyzed.
Results Combined with the overall surgical treatment effect, complications and postoperative quality of life scores of the two groups, the observation group had obvious advantages, P<0.05.
Conclusion  s In the treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis in the form of minimally invasive nasal endoscope surgery can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of the patients, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, help patients to recover, ensure the treatment effect of the patients.
